I’m a British writer, a Professional Member of Ghostwriter’s Association and I’m currently a Masters student of Creative Writing (2016-2018).
Here’s a quick list of my services. If you need more information, please use the contact form below.
If you want to place your link on my blog, be it in a guest post or otherwise, please go HERE for my policy.
I’m inundated with promo/link-add requests, so I’ve commercialised some promotional posts because they take time. Not all of you will be charged for this services, like friends or those who have supported/will support my promo needs. If that’s you, simply get in touch :).
*I prefer to promote books and authors if they offer quality to my readers. If you write great spec-fic, horror, fantasy, do get in touch.
2) Ghostwriting Fiction:
WordsinSync offers ghostwriting services in any genre, of any length, and always to a high standard. If you need someone to write your story, get in touch.
** My fee is charged according to the depth of the information you offer, and whether you provide chapter outlines and character details. If you need me to start from scratch, to plot/outline a story, that will take longer and incur a higher rate. This will still be extremely competitive. The price will be established and agreed, then fixed. It will include unlimited revisions too, so you get what you truly want and not a shabby substitute. It’s important for me to offer a product you’re proud to put your name to.
– All fees are to be paid via PayPal via invoices sent throughout the project, using a typical 1/3 up front, 1/3 at the halfway point, and 1/3 upon completion (or two payments on shorter projects) freelancer contract.
NOTE: If this is a book commissioned by a reputable publisher, some of the fee may be offset with acknowledgement, and/or a percentage of sales, as is traditional.
3) Manuscript Rewrite/Polish:
Ghostwriting WordsinSync offers manuscript critique and polish. If your manuscript requires help, from a fresh set of eyes to a complete rewrite, get in touch for a competitive quote.
Maybe you got so far on your project but lost your passion? Perhaps you lost your way through the plot and character arcs? Whatever the issue, get in touch and let’s see if I can help. The charge for this service will depend on the amount of work required.
Perhaps your manuscript is finished and you just need an editor? Not sure of the difference between copyediting and proofreading? Go here
A proofreader deals with minor spelling errors, extra or missing spaces, missing or double end punctuation, numbering, fonts, and so on. It is the lightest form of edit.
$50 for the first 5’000 words. Get in touch for a quote for longer projects. I will always need to see a sample of your work before committing to work with you and I offer the same to any prospective client.
(Add $10 per 2000 words for copyediting).
Copyediting takes more time and requires more work than proofreading, hence the slightly higher (though extremely competitive) price. Here I concentrate on sentences, correcting grammar, spelling, punctuation, rewording awkward sentences, eliminating verbiage for conciseness, replacing excess passive verbs for active verbs. That sort of thing. Style issues can also be a focus and consistency issues are also checked such as capitalisation, hyphenation, and spelled out numbers.
4) Beta Reading/Manuscript Critique:
If you’ve completed a story and you simply need final reader feedback, I charge just $40 for the first 5000 words then as little as $1 per 500 words, according to what level of detail you need from me. This could range from a simple letter outlining up to two main issues, right up to a list of every possible improvement I feel could be made. Or I can tailor what I look for to your requirements. For longer projects, always email me first to establish your needs and my availability.
**No fee applies for those who beta read for me, of course.**
*Writing/Editing/Critique Samples Are Available Upon Request.*
