The first book in the series, Loose Corset, was released on January 9th! 🙂 This is the first book in the Dice & Debauchery series, published with Ellora’s Cave and is released as a part of their special call, Geekgasm! So look out for nerdy romances and erotica a-plenty.

Dice and Debauchery, Book 1
A weekend away at a convention is exactly what overworked student Morgan needs. Dressed as her character from her favorite online game, Morgan is braced—seriously, could her corset be tighter?—to meet the other players. As Lady Gyrfalcon, she’s ready for everything—except her intense attraction to Dean. A clandestine meeting in the hallway of the hotel and Morgan’s corset is looser but now she can’t breathe for entirely different reasons.
Utterly charmed, Morgan decides to roll the dice and indulge in a fantasy-worthy weekend of sexy roleplaying, scorching sex and life-altering orgasms. Still, through it all Morgan is too smart to believe the chemistry constantly stripping her of costumes and control can last more than the length of the convention. But if she wants to keep a relationship so intense she thought it only existed in fiction, she’s going to have to let go of her cool-headed logic and allow herself to fall far and fast for the perfect guy.

GEEKY WRITER PROBLEMS
By Christine Rains
It’s the first Wednesday of the month and that means it’s game night! Wait. Yes, it is game night, but today is also Insecure Writer’s Support Group (IWSG). This brilliant idea of Alex J. Cavanaugh has grown into an amazing community where you can get writing tips, encouragement, advice, and tons of support. Check out the IWSG site.
In honor of IWSG, I’m going to share some geeky writer problems. Some of which I had while writing the Dice & Debauchery series.
Geeky Writer Problem #23: While researching TV show facts for the manuscript, you came across something hidden in the background of one of your favorite episodes and had to watch the whole series again to make certain you didn’t miss anything else.
Geeky Writer Problem #41: It is important to know whether your characters like Star Wars or Star Trek better.
Geeky Writer Problem #55: Your characters make nerdy jokes in the heat of the moment, but that’s not the problem. You worry that you’re the only one who will understand the reference and think it’s funny.
Geeky Writer Problem #67: Your characters make you blush.
Geeky Writer Problem #89: You notice that all these problems have been given odd numbers and have to google what that might mean about your psyche.
What are some of your geeky writer problems?
Thanks Christine! For the other insecure writers CLICK THIS and hop around other great posts 🙂 Here’s a little bit about the awesome Christine Rains…..
